Sunday Morning our local family of believers meets for corporate worship and for teaching of biblical truths by our pastors.  This is a time to gather together and rejoice much like a healthy extended family may join together for a reunion. We understand that in our modern world many people are relationally bankrupt, starving for honest personal fellowship.  The Gathering extends an open invitation to anyone who would like to find the love and grace that God offers freely to all.

Community Groups are smaller gatherings typically held in homes. These smaller groups allow for a more personal setting where people can explore the depths of God’s truth the way a family might go on an amazing adventure together. In this setting we go beyond “Bible Study” by building relationships and helping one another experience the life changing power of God’s grace. Community Groups are not an academic exercise but a time and place where we foster our spiritual family. Within any group you can be comfortable being yourself whether you are an introvert or extrovert, have young children or not, are younger or more seasoned in years.  Each group is unique with its own personality and style, so you are encouraged to visit different groups to find the right dynamic for you.

Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.  Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”    Matthew 28: 18 – 20

Good News Club

The Gathering supports a local CEF outreach ministry called the Good News Club reaching children at a local school.  Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) is a “Bible-centered organization composed of born-again believers whose purpose is to evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and to establish (disciple) them in the Word of God and in a local church for Christian living.” For more information about CEF and the Good News Club please see Lorna Qazi. And if time permits, Lorna, would gladly share about many of her own missionary adventures around the world.

Cold Weather Care

From October through April (during the coldest months in Colorado) Cold Weather Care (CWC) ministers to many homeless individuals and families by partnering with local churches.  We serve the least of these, those that are homeless, and provide them with a loving hand up in the name of Jesus Christ.

Learn more about ways you can be a part of this gratifying outreach to those in need right within our community.

WooRi Church

WooRi Church of Colorado is a separate and distinct church serving the local Korean community under the leadership of Pastor Peter Lee. The Gathering is pleased to share our building resources with fellow believers who have the heart and passion to share the love of Jesus.
